Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by DHL Courier free for Greece. Estimated delivery time for the standard methd is three (3) to five (5) working days. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

International Shipping is carried out by DHL Express Worldwide. Estimated delivery time is five (5) to seven (7) working days after dispatch date. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service within Greece is carried out by DHL Courier. The cost of delivery is calculated at the time of the order and is clearly stated on your billing information summary.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfers of the responsibility.

Please check the package is not damaged before signing.

Taxes & Duties

The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.

For orders outside of the EU:

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

LKL cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders and it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one mailing package. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. Please contact our customer care team at info@lkl.gr in order to reserve the article in the size required. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the same country the original shipment was made from.

Cancellations

LKL has a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel. If you need any further information, you can send an email to info@lkl.gr

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us.

To add an item to your shopping bag that is available in different sizes (for example, a pair of shoes), please select your size first. Then, click "add to shopping bag". A "mini basket" will appear, giving you an overview of all the items that you have placed in your shopping bag. When placing an order for a custom product, take into consideration that such products cannot be returned.

Payment

Payment can be made via Stripe which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, and any other method which is stated on the Stripel website. Payment can also be made upon delivery of the products. In case your card company refuses or does not authorize the payment, then we are not liable for any delay or even non-delivery.

We accept Cash on Delivery only for deliveries within Greece with a total delivery flat rate of 7.5 Euros.

Estimated delivery time for the standard methd is two working days and for the express method, is one day after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
